Services

Six services. One person doing the work.

Software engineering, cloud and APIs, web and mobile apps, architecture and product design. You work directly with me, from the first conversation to launch and the support after it.

Working together

How engagements work.

Two ways to set it up, or a free app review first. Either way you deal with me directly, with no account managers, and every piece of work is agreed in writing before it starts.

  • Fixed-scope project

A defined piece of work, with the scope, milestones and price agreed in writing before anything starts.

Good for: A new product or website, an API or integration, a migration or an architecture review.

    • A short call to understand the problem
    • A written proposal with scope, milestones and price
    • Weekly progress you can see and try
    • Handover with documentation
  • Ongoing retainer

A set amount of my time each month for development, maintenance or technical leadership on something already live.

Good for: Live products that need steady improvement, upkeep and an engineer who knows the code.

    • Agree the monthly time and the first priorities
    • One shared list of what comes next
    • Regular releases and a short monthly summary
    • Review the arrangement together each month

A free app review

I use your live app, web app or website as a customer would, then send a deck of what to fix first, concept screens and a short video walkthrough, within five working days. No obligation.

About the app review

Not sure which fits? Start with a short call and I'll suggest one.

HalfRocket Labs

The core of what I do: software engineering, cloud architecture, APIs and integrations, backend systems and technical leadership for teams building something that has to work.

HalfRocket Studios

Websites, mobile apps, UI and UX, and product design, for when the thing people touch matters as much as what sits behind it.

Looking for the games? They are AadhiPixels Ltd titles that I design and develop. See the games.

Not sure where to start?

Tell me about the project. I'll suggest the smallest useful first step, or say so if I'm not the right fit.
